PISTACHIO BREAD & ALMOND GLAZE:

Ingredients:


(1) Box Yellow Cake Mix

(2) 3.4 oz. Boxes Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix

(4) Farm Fresh Eggs

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

(2) Tablespoons Of Water

(1) Cup Sour Cream


Instructions:


Mix ingredients together until well combined. Set aside.


Grease 2 regular size loaf pans and sprinkle (2) Tbsp of cinnamon sugar on the inside of each pan.


Pour half the batter into each pan. Bake at 375 for 40/45 minutes. Let cool.


To make the glaze combine 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp. melted butter, 1 tsp. almond extract, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add in 1 Tbsp of milk at a time, until it's the consistency that you like.


Drizzle glaze over bread and enjoy.
